- Smoking permitted outside only in designated smoking areas. No smoking is permitted in home.
- We cannot accommodate guest pets.
- Children are welcome, however, we do not have cribs or high chairs and the home is not child proof.
- There is NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - linens and bath towels are included.
- The maximum number of guests for the River Bluff Suite is 5 persons.
- The River Bluff Suite and the surrounding property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

| Truly an amazing place. The river, the forest, the birds and the air formed a perfect setting for a moment in paradise. This stay was idyllic and we hope to return. Thank you for being such perfect hosts. We truly, genuinely had an amazing visit to this corner of heaven. The quiet and the stillness in the surrounding area is so spectacular. Your home with all its extras was perfect! So clean, tidy and comfortable! We will be back.
