Guest Guidelines

  • Check Out time is 11am. Check in time is 4 pm.
  • Minimum stay required of 2 nights on weekends.
  • An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the cottage rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or you may use approved credit cards. The balance of your bill is due upon arrival.
  • Full refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable unless the cottage is rebooked.
  • Visa, Mastercard, traveler’s checks and cash are accepted. No personal checks.
  • Rates subject to change without notice prior to making your reservation.
  • Smoking permitted outside only in designated smoking areas. No smoking is permitted in home.
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets.
  • Children are welcome, however, we do not have cribs or high chairs and the home is not child proof.
  • No meals or food are included in room rate.
  • There is NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - linens and bath towels are included in the cottage. A one time $75 housekeeping charge will be added to your bill.
  • The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.
  • Our cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
